As a Physician Assistant at Northside Spine and Pain Specialists, Jim’s vast knowledge regarding the spine allows him to evaluate and treat patients with new and undiagnosed spine issues. In addition to his work with Spine issues, Jim has extensive experience in Neurosurgery and occupational Medicine.
After completing his undergraduate degree at Michigan State, Jim attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA. There he completed the Physician Associate Program.
While attending Emory University Jim was awarded the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities.
Jim worked together with Northside Hospital, Northside Anesthesiology Consultants and local neurosurgeons to create the Northside Spine and Pain Specialists in 2006. In addition to his work with the Northside Spine and Pain Specialists, Jim helped develop the neurosurgical residency program for Physician Assistants at the University of Miami. He co-founded the Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants. He has also served as a lecturer to the Emory University Physician Associate Program. In addition, Jim is a distinguished fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Jim likes to play tennis, fish, hunt, wood carving and spending time with his family.
